- **Role Overview**:
- We are looking for a results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our established outbound team. This is a pure "hunt" role focused on educating HR and Talent Acquisition leaders on the future of AI-driven recruitment. Reporting to a dedicated Team Lead, you will be responsible for driving the cold-outbound engine that fuels our growth in the Singapore market.
- **Key Responsibilities**:
- **Drive Pipeline Generation:** Execute high-volume outreach through cold calling, personalized emailing, and LinkedIn engagement to identify and qualify potential partners.
- **Master Category Creation:** Act as an educator and storyteller, helping skeptical prospects understand the value of AI recruitment technology in a maturing market.
- **Execute the Playbook:** Follow and help refine our established outbound sales playbook, ensuring consistent activity levels and high-quality meeting setting.
- **Collaborate on Strategy:** Provide real-time feedback from the field to the leadership team to help iterate our messaging and go-to-market approach.
- **Requirements**:
- **Minimum/Core Requirements:**
- A high-activity, resilient mindset with a demonstrated ability to sustain daily outbound outreach in a cold-calling environment.
- Exceptional communication and persuasion skills, with the ability to build rapport and handle objections effectively.
- Demonstrated persistence and a "builder" mentality—comfortable navigating the ambiguity of an early-stage startup.
- Fluency in English to support internal coordination and prospect communication.
- Currently based in Singapore and authorized to work without sponsorship.
- **Preferred/Bonus Requirements:**
- Proficiency in Business Mandarin is highly desired to effectively build rapport and negotiate with Mandarin-speaking business partners and prospects within the Singapore market.
- Prior experience in a high-volume sales role or recruitment agency environment.
- Experience or a strong interest in SaaS, AI technology, or the HR-tech landscape.
