- **Role Overview**:
- We are scaling our Platform Sales Team and looking for resilient Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to drive our outbound growth. This is a high-energy, high-impact role where you will be the first point of contact for HR and Talent Acquisition leaders, educating the market on the future of AI-driven recruitment. Reporting to an experienced Sales Manager, you will play a critical role in building our sales pipeline from the ground up.
- **Key Responsibilities**:
- **Drive Outbound Lead Generation**: Execute high-volume outreach through cold calling, personalized emailing, and LinkedIn engagement to identify and qualify potential partners.
- **Market Education**: Act as a subject matter expert on AI recruitment, effectively communicating Persevio’s value proposition to skeptical or traditional HR leaders and building interest in a new category of technology.
- **Playbook Execution & Optimization**: Master our maturing outbound sales playbook while providing real-time feedback to the team to help sharpen our messaging and tactics.
- **Pipeline Management**: Manage and track all activity within our systems to ensure a seamless transition of qualified meetings to the sales leadership team.
- **Collaborative Growth**: Work closely with the Sales Manager and the founding team to contribute to the overall Go-To-Market strategy in a fast-paced startup environment.
- **Requirements**:
- **Minimum/Core Requirements**:
- **Resilient Mindset**: A demonstrated ability to maintain high levels of daily outbound outreach and the grit to handle the natural rejections of a cold-outreach motion.
- **Exceptional Communication**: Fluency in English with the ability to articulate complex AI concepts clearly and persuasively over the phone and in writing.
- **Bias for Action**: A proactive approach to problem-solving—someone who thrives in early-stage environments with evolving structures.
- **Onsite Collaboration**: Ability to work from our Singapore office daily to foster team culture and real-time learning.
- **Preferred/Bonus Requirements**:
- **Bilingual Proficiency**: Proficiency in Business Mandarin is required to effectively engage and build rapport with the significant segment of Mandarin-speaking HR leaders in the Singapore market.
- **Sales or Recruitment Background**: Prior experience in outbound sales, business development, or recruitment agency environments is a strong advantage.
- **Domain Interest**: A genuine interest in AI technology or the Human Resources/SaaS industry.
