- **Role Overview**:
- As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will be a key driver of our growth. Reporting directly to the Sales Director, you will focus on scaling our outbound lead volume and expanding our footprint within the SMB and mid-market HR space (10–2,000 employees). This is a high-visibility role where your ability to generate traction and build a robust pipeline directly impacts the company’s trajectory.
- **Key Responsibilities**:
- **Drive High-Volume Outbound Outreach:** Execute a disciplined daily rhythm of cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach to identify and engage potential clients, moving from initial contact to qualified meetings.
- **Educate the Market on AI Recruitment:** Act as a subject matter expert, articulating the value of AI-native recruitment and automated screening to HR leaders who may be new to these technologies.
- **Optimize the Sales Playbook:** Collaborate with the Sales Director and the broader team to refine messaging, test new outreach sequences, and identify high-performing market segments.
- **Maintain CRM Excellence:** Ensure high standards of data hygiene and activity tracking to provide clear insights into pipeline health and conversion trends.
- **Requirements**:
- **Minimum/Core Requirements:**
- Demonstrated experience in a high-activity sales development, business development, or recruitment agency environment.
- A proactive, self-motivated mindset with the discipline to maintain high outreach volumes independently.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills to effectively engage with professional stakeholders.
- Strong resilience and the ability to thrive in an early-stage, fast-paced startup environment.
- Currently based in Singapore and available to work fully onsite.
- **Preferred/Bonus Requirements:**
- Proficiency in Business Mandarin is highly desired to effectively engage and build rapport with our Mandarin-speaking client base in the Singapore market.
- Prior experience selling SaaS, digital platforms, or recruitment services.
- Familiarity with the HR persona and the specific challenges faced by HR teams in SMB and mid-market companies.
