- **Role Overview**:
- Join us as our first-ever Sales Development Representative (SDR). This is a "ground-floor" opportunity to build our outbound sales engine from scratch. Reporting directly to the Sales Director, you will be the driving force behind our lead volume, identifying and engaging HR leaders within the SMB and mid-market segments across Singapore.
- **Key Responsibilities**:
- **Drive High-Volume Outbound Outreach:** Execute a disciplined, high-activity sales motion across phone, email, and LinkedIn to generate a predictable pipeline of qualified meetings for the Sales Director.
- **Build the SDR Playbook:** As the first in this role, you will take rough sales materials and iterate on messaging, sequences, and workflows to establish a proven outbound manual for future team members.
- **Identify and Target Key Accounts:** Navigate the SMB and mid-market landscape to identify HR teams and talent acquisition leaders who would benefit from AI-native screening and automation.
- **Market Intelligence & Feedback:** Act as the "eyes and ears" on the front lines. Gather market insights and prospect feedback to help the Sales Director refine our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) and product positioning.
- **Seamless Handoff:** Ensure a high-quality experience for prospects by managing the transition from initial outreach to qualified sales discovery.
- **Requirements**:
- **Minimum/Core Requirements:**
- Demonstrated experience in a high-volume outbound sales or recruitment role, with a proven ability to maintain consistent activity levels.
- Excellent communication skills in English to effectively pitch to senior HR stakeholders and decision-makers.
- A "builder" mindset—comfortable operating in an environment with limited structure and a desire to help create the sales processes you use.
- High self-motivation and discipline; the ability to drive results independently without day-to-day micromanagement.
- Resilience and adaptability to thrive in an early-stage startup environment where the sales motion is constantly being refined.
- **Preferred/Bonus Requirements:**
- Prior experience selling B2B SaaS, HR technology, or professional recruitment services.
- Familiarity with the HR/Recruiter buyer persona and their common pain points.
- Proficiency in Business Mandarin is highly desired to effectively engage with and support our growing segment of Mandarin-speaking partners and regional businesses expanding into Singapore.
