- This is a unique opportunity to join our first-ever cohort of Graduate Trainees. As a generalist "builder," you will have a front-row seat to the growth of an AI startup, rotating through various functional areas—including operations, product support, and business development—to tackle high-priority projects and shape the future of our platform.
- **Key Responsibilities**:
- **Drive Cross-Functional Impact:** Adapt quickly to the needs of a scaling business, supporting initiatives across operations, product development, and business growth.
- **Champion AI Integration:** Stay at the forefront of AI technological developments, proactively identifying opportunities to integrate the latest tools and workflows into our internal processes.
- **Own End-to-End Projects:** Take full ownership of specific projects or functional workflows, moving from initial concept to execution with high autonomy.
- **Build and Scale Processes:** Contribute to the creation of standard operating procedures and organizational frameworks from the ground up, identifying and closing gaps in existing workflows.
- **Requirements**:
- **Minimum/Core Requirements:**
- A Bachelor’s degree in any field (e.g., Arts, Business, Science, Engineering); we value diverse perspectives and raw aptitude over a specific major.
- A profound and active interest in Artificial Intelligence and technology trends, with a clear understanding of how these innovations are shaping industries.
- Exceptional self-direction and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-ambiguity environment without a pre-existing playbook.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
