- **Role Overview**:
- As a Marketing Assistant / Manager (Growth), you will be the primary engine behind our brand launch. You will own the end-to-end execution of our digital growth strategy—from optimizing marketplace sales on Shopee and Lazada to managing high-impact influencer partnerships. This is a "boots on the ground" role for a builder who wants to see their direct impact on a brand's bottom line.
- **Key Responsibilities**:
- **Drive E-commerce Growth**: Take full ownership of marketplace operations (Shopee Seller Centre & Lazada Seller Center), including listing optimization, backend management, and running platform-specific ads to achieve sales targets.
- **Execute Performance Marketing**: Design, launch, and optimize paid media campaigns across Meta and Google Ads, with a relentless focus on ROAS, conversion rates, and scaling customer acquisition.
- **Manage Influencer & KOL Partnerships**: Source, brief, and coordinate with fitness and lifestyle influencers to build brand buzz and track campaign performance.
- **Lead Brand Activations**: Support offline growth through the coordination of roadshows, events, and the rollout of point-of-sale (POS) materials for retail partners.
- **Analyze & Optimize**: Monitor key metrics (CTR, CVR, CPA) and translate data into actionable insights to improve campaign efficiency and commercial outcomes.
- **Requirements**:
- **Minimum/Core Requirements**:
- Demonstrated experience in performance marketing and e-commerce operations, specifically within the Singapore consumer market.
- Hands-on proficiency in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and Shopee/Lazada seller platforms.
- A proven track record of driving measurable sales growth or GMV in a B2C or DTC environment.
- A proactive, "player-coach" mindset—comfortable switching between high-level strategy and manual execution (e.g., updating listings or setting up events).
- Excellent communication skills to coordinate effectively with internal teams and external vendors.
- **Preferred/Bonus Requirements**:
- Experience in the F&B or FMCG sector, particularly within the beverage or energy drink category.
- Existing network of Singapore-based lifestyle or fitness influencers.
- Experience scaling ad spend from initial budgets to high-volume monthly targets.
