**Founding Sales Development Representative (SDR) — Confidential Search**

**About the Role**
As a founding member of the SDR team, you will be the driving force behind the company's 0-to-1 market expansion in APAC. Reporting directly to the Head of Sales, you will own the front-end of the sales funnel—identifying mid-market opportunities and engaging key HR decision-makers to build a robust pipeline for Account Executives. This is a high-impact role where your contributions will directly shape the company's growth trajectory and sales culture.

**Key Responsibilities**
* **Drive Outbound Growth:** Execute high-volume, multi-channel outreach (including cold calling, personalized emailing, and LinkedIn engagement) to connect with decision-makers in companies ranging from 50 to 1,000 employees.
* **Pipeline Generation:** Consistently secure 10–15 high-quality qualified meetings/handovers per month with HR and recruitment leaders.
* **Playbook Development:** Partner with leadership to refine outbound messaging and the sales playbook, contributing field insights to optimize the market approach.
* **Market Education:** Act as a consultant for potential clients, articulating the value of AI-driven recruitment solutions in solving modern hiring challenges.

**Requirements**
* **Sector Expertise (Essential):** Demonstrated B2B sales experience specifically within the HR technology, recruitment services, or payroll sectors. Domain knowledge of HR buyer personas is required.
* **Proven Hunter Mindset:** A track record of success in outbound sales environments, with a high level of comfort in cold calling and proactive lead generation.
* **Remote Discipline:** Proven ability to maintain high activity levels and deliver results autonomously in a fully remote work setting.
* **Communication Excellence:** Highly proficient in professional English, with the ability to build rapport and handle objections effectively.
* **Preferred Qualifications:** Prior experience targeting the "Mid-Market" segment in APAC, experience in early-stage startups, and familiarity with modern CRM/sales tools.
