- **Role Overview**:
- Join Persevio as our Founding Product Manager. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will be the first dedicated owner of our product roadmap. This is a "0-to-1" opportunity where you will translate high-level vision into a functional, world-class product, owning the end-to-end experience for both our client-facing platform and our internal AI workflows.
- **Key Responsibilities**:
- **Drive the Product Roadmap:** Take the CEO’s strategic vision and translate it into clear, actionable product requirements and a prioritized roadmap that balances velocity with user impact.
- **Own Execution and Delivery:** Lead the full product lifecycle from discovery and spec-writing to shipping features. You’ll be responsible for ensuring the engineering team is consistently shipping high-value updates.
- **Collaborate with Engineering:** Work closely with our technical team to bridge the gap between product vision and technical feasibility. You will be the primary link ensuring the "how" of our features aligns with the "where" of our business goals.
- **Optimize the AI Recruiter (Viona):** Continuously improve the workflows for our internal AI recruiter, identifying ways to reduce manual intervention and enhance the accuracy of candidate-client matching.
- **Requirements**:
- **Minimum/Core Requirements:**
- Demonstrated experience in Product Management (ideally in a fast-paced startup environment), with a proven track record of shipping functional products from initiation to launch.
- **Bilingual Proficiency (English and Mandarin):** Proficiency in verbal Mandarin is required to effectively communicate and lead technical discussions with our engineering team, where syncs are conducted in a mix of English and Mandarin.
- A "Builder" Mindset: You thrive in high-ambiguity environments and prefer rapid execution and iteration over heavy, slow-moving processes.
- Strong documentation skills, with the ability to write clear, concise English PRDs and technical specifications.
- **Preferred/Bonus Requirements:**
- Experience with AI or LLM-based products (e.g., agents, RAG, or automated workflows).
- Domain knowledge in HR Tech, recruitment, or B2B SaaS.
- A technical background or education that allows for deep collaboration with offshore development teams.
