**About the Role**
As a Sales Executive/Manager, you will play a foundational role in the company's expansion as a high-impact individual contributor. This is a pure "hunting" role focused on driving net-new revenue through outbound activity.
Key responsibilities include:
* **Driving Full-Cycle Sales:** Taking complete ownership of the sales lifecycle, from lead generation and cold outreach to negotiation and closing.
* **Engaging SME Leaders:** Acting as a strategic partner to SME founders and business owners, helping them solve hiring challenges through digital transformation.
* **Championing AI Solutions:** Educating the market on the competitive advantages of AI-enhanced recruitment and presenting the company’s proprietary technology as a critical business tool.
* **Managing Diverse Cycles:** Navigating high-velocity deals with SMEs (typically 2–4 weeks) while simultaneously building a pipeline for larger mid-market opportunities.
* **Contributing to Strategy:** Providing field insights to help shape the product and market strategy as the sales team scales.
**Requirements**
* **Proven "Hunter" DNA:** A documented track record of success in outbound B2B sales, with the ability to independently generate leads and close new business.
* **B2B Sales Expertise:** Professional experience in SaaS, IT solutions, or professional services environments.
* **Language Proficiency:** Exceptional communication skills in English. **Proficiency in Mandarin is required** to effectively engage and negotiate with a primary market of local SME founders and business owners who prefer conducting business in Mandarin.
* **Resilience and Autonomy:** A self-starter mindset comfortable with the high-activity, results-oriented nature of an early-stage startup.
* **Bonus Qualifications:** Proficiency in Cantonese is a plus; familiarity with the recruitment or HR technology landscape is an advantage.
