**Trade Finance Project Manager — Confidential Search**

**About the Role**
As the Trade Finance Project Manager, you will lead the operational launch of a new Supply Chain Finance (SCF) product line. Reporting directly to the Finance Director, you will serve as the primary architect of the business workflows, governance frameworks, and operational readiness required to take this venture from concept to reality.

Key responsibilities include:
* **"0-to-1" Project Delivery:** Lead the end-to-end delivery of the new business unit launch, managing the initial business case, scope definition, and budget approval processes.
* **Operational Workflow Design:** Architect internal processes and governance frameworks for Supply Chain Finance and Wholesale Lending, ensuring they meet both commercial objectives and regulatory standards.
* **PMO Excellence:** Own the project's administrative health, including the management of RAID logs (Risks, Actions, Issues, Decisions), SteerCo presentations, and stakeholder reporting.
* **Cross-Functional Collaboration:** Work closely with Internal Trade Operations, technology, and legal teams to navigate organizational stage-gates and ensure a seamless product implementation.
* **Change Management:** Act as the bridge between strategic vision and operational execution, translating requirements into robust process designs.

**Requirements**
* **Experience:** Demonstrated background in Project Management with a proven track record of leading Business Change or Operational Readiness initiatives within a corporate banking environment.
* **Domain Expertise:** Strong knowledge of Trade Finance, specifically focused on **Supply Chain Finance (SCF)** or **Wholesale Credit/Lending**.
* **Technical Skills:** Highly proficient in building business cases, documenting complex workflows, and managing formal governance structures (RAID, SteerCo).
* **Mindset:** A "builder" mindset—comfortable navigating ambiguity and working hands-on to establish new processes without an existing template.
* **Communication:** Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence leadership and navigate internal organizational gates.
* **Availability:** Ability to commence the role within a maximum of one month to support urgent venture timelines.
* **Location:** Ability to work 100% onsite in Singapore (East area).
* **Preferred:** Prior experience in a startup environment or launching a new product line within a financial institution; PMP, Prince2, or equivalent certifications.
