Job Description
- **Location**: Singapore or China (Fully Remote; GMT+8 timezone alignment required)

- **Role Overview**:
- As our first dedicated Product Designer, you will be the "guardian of taste" for Persevio. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will have total ownership over our visual identity—from the core recruiter SaaS platform to next-generation conversational AI interfaces. This is a "0-to-1" role for a hands-on builder who wants to set the design standard for an entire category.
- **Key Responsibilities**:
- **Define the Product Experience:** Own the end-to-end design process for our AI-powered recruiter dashboard and consumer-facing career agents, translating complex requirements into clean, high-fidelity UI/UX.
- **Shape the Brand Identity:** Beyond the product, you will oversee the company’s visual language across all touchpoints, including our marketing website, sales decks, and brand assets.
- **Build the Foundation:** Establish and maintain a scalable design system that ensures consistency across our evolving ecosystem of SaaS and conversational interfaces.
- **Collaborate with Engineering:** Partner closely with our product and engineering teams in China to ensure design intent is executed to a world-class standard.
- **Requirements**:
- **Minimum/Core Requirements:**
- **Exceptional Aesthetic Taste:** A portfolio demonstrating a clean, modern design aesthetic with a high level of craft in typography, layout, and interaction.
- **0-to-1 Startup Mindset:** Demonstrated experience as a founding or early-stage designer, comfortable working with ambiguity and owning both high-level strategy and pixel-level execution.
- **Conversational UI or B2C Expertise:** Experience in designing intuitive chat-based interfaces or consumer products that simplify complex user journeys.
- **Bilingual Collaboration (Mandarin/English):** Proficiency in Business Mandarin is required to collaborate effectively on a daily basis with our Mandarin-speaking engineering and product teams in China.
- **AI-Forward Workflow:** Active use of AI-native tools (e.g., v0, Midjourney, AI design plugins) to accelerate the design cycle and stay at the forefront of industry trends.
- **Preferred/Bonus Requirements:**
- Ability to contribute to front-end implementation (React or CSS) to help engineering maintain high-quality UI output.
- Experience designing for the HR-tech or recruitment industry.
- Experience building and scaling a design system from scratch.
