**Role Overview**
This is a unique, "Greenfield" opportunity for a builder-minded HR professional to establish the foundational HR function at RDA. As our first dedicated HR hire, you will report directly to the CEO and serve as a "department of one." You will balance high-impact talent acquisition—personally headhunting our future leadership team—with the end-to-end operational ownership of HR processes and office management. This role is perfect for a self-starter who thrives in scrappy, fast-paced environments and is excited about having complete autonomy to shape the culture of a high-growth tech startup.
**How You'll Make an Impact**
* **Drive Strategic Talent Acquisition:** Take full ownership of the recruitment lifecycle, with a primary focus on proactively sourcing and headhunting senior leadership roles (e.g., Head of Sales, Head of Product) and technical specialists.
* **Build the HR Foundation:** Design, implement, and manage all HR processes from scratch, including the employee handbook, onboarding journeys, and performance management frameworks.
* **Ensure Operational Excellence:** Personally manage end-to-end HR operations, including manual payroll processing, CPF contributions, and work pass administration, ensuring full compliance with Singapore’s regulatory environment.
* **Lead Office Management:** Oversee facilities management, vendor relationships, and general office administration to ensure a productive and welcoming environment for the team.
* **Strategic Advisory:** Act as a trusted partner to the CEO, providing insights on organizational design and talent strategy as we scale.
**What You'll Bring to the Team**
**Minimum/Core Requirements:**
* **Demonstrated Experience in 0-to-1 Environments:** Proven track record of building HR functions or being the first HR hire in a small-to-mid-sized organization.
* **Expertise in Full-Cycle Recruitment:** Extensive experience in proactive sourcing and headhunting for senior leadership and technical roles without heavy reliance on external agencies.
* **Deep Knowledge of Singapore Employment Law:** Comprehensive understanding of the Singapore Employment Act, CPF regulations, and MOM work pass procedures, necessary for managing a solo HR function in Singapore.
* **Hands-on Operational Mindset:** A "no-task-is-too-small" attitude, with the demonstrated ability to handle manual payroll and office administration personally and accurately.
* **Stakeholder Management:** Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence leadership and act as a culture champion.
**Preferred/Bonus Requirements:**
* Experience working within the deep-tech, AI, or data center industries.
* Familiarity with the fast-paced nature of venture-backed startups.
