**Role Overview:**
As a Senior Pre-Sales & Technical Solutions Manager, you will serve as the primary technical authority in our sales cycle, reporting directly to the CEO. This is a high-impact, individual contributor role designed for a professional who can bridge the gap between complex thermal engineering and business value.
You will be instrumental in de-risking enterprise deployments and securing the "technical win" by demonstrating how our AI-driven technology solves critical cooling and energy efficiency challenges for hyperscale and colocation providers.
**How You'll Make an Impact:**
* **Lead Technical Discovery:** Drive high-level workshops with senior executive stakeholders to identify infrastructure pain points and define solution requirements.
* **Architect Innovative Solutions:** Design end-to-end technical proposals integrating data center cooling systems (Chillers, CRAC/CRAH, Liquid Cooling) with AI models and Digital Twin technology.
* **Quantify Business Value:** Develop sophisticated ROI models and technical assessments that translate PUE (Power Usage Effectiveness) improvements and energy savings into compelling business cases.
* **Champion the Technology:** Conduct site assessments and deliver high-impact product demonstrations that showcase the predictive power of our "what-if" simulations.
* **Collaborate Strategically:** Partner closely with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams to ensure the feasibility of proposed solutions and influence the future product roadmap based on market feedback.
**What You'll Bring to the Team:**
* **Minimum/Core Requirements:**
* Extensive experience in technical pre-sales, solution architecture, or engineering within the data center or large-scale industrial cooling sectors.
* Deep technical proficiency in thermal management, cooling plant operations (chiller plants, AHUs), and airflow dynamics.
* Proven ability to lead technical discussions and presentations with senior stakeholders.
* A "startup mindset"—the ability to be hands-on in drafting technical diagrams, proposals, and ROI models from scratch.
* Strong analytical skills with a track record of translating complex technical specifications into clear customer value propositions.
* **Preferred/Bonus Requirements:**
* Specialized experience in data center cooling (thermal retrofits, high-density AI workload management).
* Familiarity with liquid cooling technologies (CDU, immersion cooling).
* Knowledge of BMS/EPMS protocols such as Modbus or BACnet.
* Relevant industry certifications such as CDCP, CDCE, ASHRAE, or LEED.
