**Role Overview**
As our first Head of Sales, you will be a foundational member of our leadership team, responsible for transitioning RDA into a high-performing, scalable commercial function. This is a "player-coach" role designed for a high-impact individual who thrives in a greenfield environment. You will lead our market expansion in Singapore, personally driving the end-to-end sales cycle—from initial prospecting to closing complex, high-value contracts—while building the strategic playbook for our future sales organization.
**How You'll Make an Impact**
* **Drive Revenue Growth:** Take full ownership of revenue targets by identifying and securing new logos within the data center ecosystem, including colocation providers, hyperscalers, and developers.
* **Build the Commercial Foundation:** Develop and refine RDA’s sales methodology, tools, and collateral to create a repeatable and scalable go-to-market process.
* **Navigate Complex Sales Cycles:** Lead multi-stakeholder engagements, effectively communicating value to both technical operations teams and C-suite economic buyers.
* **Strategic Market Positioning:** Act as a key brand ambassador for RDA, leveraging your industry network to position DCVerse as the industry standard for digital twin technology.
* **Collaborate for Success:** Partner closely with leadership and technical pre-sales teams to manage proofs-of-concept (POCs) and ensure technical requirements align with customer business outcomes.
**What You'll Bring to the Team**
* **Minimum/Core Requirements:**
* Extensive experience in B2B enterprise sales within the data center, critical infrastructure, or industrial software sectors.
* A proven "hunter" track record with demonstrated success in prospecting, managing a robust pipeline, and closing high-value new business independently.
* Deep familiarity with the Singapore data center landscape and an established professional network of facility managers, operators, and decision-makers.
* Exceptional ability to navigate complex, long-cycle sales processes involving both technical and financial stakeholders.
* A strategic mindset with the ability to operate autonomously and build processes from the ground up in a fast-paced environment.
* **Preferred/Bonus Requirements:**
* Experience selling AI-driven analytics, simulation software, or energy optimization tools.
* Prior experience in an early-stage startup or "first-in-function" sales leadership role.
* Knowledge of transitioning from hardware-centric infrastructure sales into enterprise software (SaaS) solutions.
