- **Role Overview**:
As our first Head of Sales, you will be a foundational member of our leadership team, responsible for transitioning RDA from founder-led sales to a high-performing, scalable commercial function. This is a "player-coach" role for a high-impact individual who thrives in a greenfield environment. You will lead our market expansion in Singapore, personally driving the end-to-end sales cycle—from initial prospecting to closing complex, high-value contracts—while building the playbook for our future sales team.

- **How You'll Make an Impact**:
* **Drive Revenue Growth:** Take full ownership of the revenue target, identifying and securing new logos within the data center ecosystem, including colocation providers, hyperscalers, and developers.
* **Build the Commercial Foundation:** Develop and refine RDA’s sales methodology, tools, and collateral to create a repeatable and scalable sales process.
* **Navigate Complex Sales Cycles:** Lead multi-stakeholder engagements, effectively communicating value to both technical operations teams and C-suite economic buyers.
* **Strategic Market Positioning:** Act as a brand ambassador for RDA, leveraging your industry network to open doors and position DCVerse as the industry standard for digital twin technology.
* **Collaborate for Success:** Work closely with the CEO and technical pre-sales/engineering teams to manage proofs-of-concept (POCs) and ensure technical requirements align with customer business outcomes.

- **What You'll Bring to the Team**:
* **Minimum/Core Requirements:**
* Extensive experience in B2B sales within the data center, critical infrastructure, or industrial software sectors.
* A proven "hunter" track record with demonstrated success in prospecting, managing a pipeline, and closing new business independently.
* Deep familiarity with the Singapore data center landscape and an established network of contacts among facility operators and decision-makers.
* Exceptional ability to navigate complex, long-cycle sales processes involving both technical and financial stakeholders.
* Strategic mindset with the ability to operate autonomously in a fast-paced, startup environment.
* Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business value.
* **Preferred/Bonus Requirements:**
* Experience selling AI-driven analytics, simulation software, or energy optimization tools.
* A background in transitioning from hardware/infrastructure sales into enterprise software (SaaS).
* Previous experience in a "founding" or early-stage sales leadership role.
