**Role Overview**
This is a rare founding sales opportunity for a high-performing enterprise hunter to build the commercial engine of a rapidly scaling deep-tech company. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will transition the company from founder-led sales to a repeatable, scalable revenue machine.

As our first dedicated sales leader, you will be a player-coach, spending the initial phase primarily focused on individual contribution—identifying product-market fit, navigating complex procurement cycles, and closing high-stakes deals before building out the wider sales team as we scale.

**How You’ll Make an Impact**
* **Drive Direct Revenue:** Take full ownership of the end-to-end sales cycle, from cold prospecting and lead generation to negotiating and closing high-value deals with C-suite stakeholders.
* **Market Validation & Strategy:** Partner with the leadership team to refine our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) across hyperscale, enterprise, and colocation segments, ensuring our narrative resonates with both technical and executive buyers.
* **Establish the Sales Playbook:** Document successful sales motions, objection-handling strategies, and procurement hurdles to create a blueprint for the future sales organization.
* **Evangelize Sustainability:** Articulate the complex technical value of AI-powered digital twins and their impact on Power Usage Effectiveness (PUE) and ESG goals for mission-critical facilities.

**What You’ll Bring to the Team**
* **Minimum/Core Requirements:**
* **Proven "Hunter" Track Record:** Demonstrated success in independently generating a pipeline and closing new enterprise business in a 0-to-1 or early-stage environment.
* **Complex Software Expertise:** Demonstrated experience selling high-value technical software (e.g., BMS, Industrial IoT, Enterprise SaaS, or AI solutions).
* **Data Center Domain Literacy:** Strong technical literacy in data center infrastructure, including cooling plant mechanics, power distribution, and energy optimization.
* **C-Suite Engagement:** Success in navigating complex, long-cycle procurement processes and influencing senior decision-makers at major infrastructure facilities.
* **Communication Excellence:** Exceptional ability to translate sophisticated AI and physics-based concepts into compelling business ROI for diverse stakeholders.
* **Preferred/Bonus Requirements:**
* Experience selling Data Center Infrastructure Management (DCIM) or control layer software.
* An established professional network within the Singapore and regional data center ecosystem.
* A passion for sustainability and the mission to de-carbonize the digital economy.
