**Role Overview**
As our first dedicated Head of Sales, you will play a foundational role in building Persevio’s go-to-market engine. This is a high-impact "0-to-1" opportunity for a strategic and hands-on professional to drive revenue growth. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will transition the business from product validation to client acquisition, establishing our presence as a leader in AI-driven recruitment solutions.

**How You'll Make an Impact**
* **Drive New Business Development:** Lead the charge in identifying and securing new employer clients. You will own the full sales cycle, from prospecting and outreach to presentations and contract negotiations.
* **Establish the GTM Strategy:** As the pioneer sales hire, you will help shape our sales processes and value proposition, identifying the most effective ways to bring our AI-powered platform to market.
* **Maximize Revenue Generation:** Focus on acquiring high-quality job orders and driving revenue through a contingency and success-fee model.
* **Partner for Success:** Collaborate closely with the internal delivery team to ensure a seamless transition from client acquisition to candidate placement. You will act as a bridge, identifying delivery bottlenecks and ensuring the pipeline remains efficient.
* **Influence Product Evolution:** Provide direct market feedback to our engineering and product teams to ensure our AI solutions continue to solve real-world recruitment challenges.

**What You'll Bring to the Team**
* **Minimum/Core Requirements:**
* Demonstrated experience in a sales or business development role within the recruitment or staffing industry.
* A deep understanding of the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, particularly within agency or contingency-based models.
* Proven ability to build a client base and drive revenue through the acquisition of new client accounts.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technology value propositions to diverse stakeholders.
* A proactive, problem-solving mindset with the ability to thrive in an early-stage startup environment where autonomy and initiative are essential.
* **Preferred/Bonus Requirements:**
* Direct experience as a "360-degree" recruitment consultant managing both business development and delivery.
* An established network of employer contacts and decision-makers within Singapore or the wider Southeast Asia region.
