- **Role Overview:**
We are seeking a highly experienced and individual contributor Data Center Domain Expert to join our growing team. This pivotal role will bridge deep, hands-on operational understanding of data centers directly into our product development lifecycle and client engagements. You will serve as a crucial subject matter expert, guiding the evolution of DCVerse to solve real-world problems for data center operators worldwide.

- **How You'll Make an Impact:**
- **Advise Product Development with Real-World Insights:** Act as the primary Subject Matter Expert, helping Product Managers deeply understand the authentic issues, operational challenges, and practical needs of data center operators, particularly concerning data hall cooling optimization and power management.
- **Ensure Solution Efficacy:** Critically assess proposed product features and solutions, ensuring they genuinely address practical operational problems and deliver tangible value from an expert's perspective.
- **Provide Client-Facing Technical Authority:** Support our Sales team during product demonstrations by offering in-depth technical and operational expertise, engaging credibly with clients, and confidently addressing their complex queries.
- **Consult and Share Expertise Internally:** Leverage your specialized knowledge across various internal scenarios, enhancing our overall credibility, strategic effectiveness, and decision-making processes.

- **What You'll Bring to the Team:**
- **Minimum/Core Requirements:**
- Demonstrated extensive, hands-on operational experience within data centers, with a profound and specific focus on **data hall cooling optimization and power management**.
- Proven capability to articulate real-world operational problems and needs of data center operators, and critically assess if proposed solutions effectively address these challenges from an expert's practical viewpoint.
- Exceptional communication skills, enabling clear and compelling conveyance of complex technical and operational concepts to diverse internal and external audiences.
- Currently based in Singapore and authorized to work in Singapore.
- Excellent command of English, required for effective collaboration with our diverse global team and client engagement across the APAC region.
- **Preferred/Bonus Requirements:**
- A broader understanding of overall data center facility design, efficiency metrics (e.g., PUE), and the interdependencies of various data center systems.
- Prior experience working effectively with product development or R&D teams, acting as a subject matter expert to guide feature definition or design.
- Demonstrated capability to engage credibly with external clients on technical and operational aspects of data centers, providing expert support during product demonstrations and addressing client queries.
