**Role Overview:**
We are seeking a visionary and results-driven Head of Product to establish and lead our product function from the ground up. This pivotal role will take full ownership of the product lifecycle, from strategic ideation to market delivery, ensuring the development of high-quality, market-leading solutions. You will play a foundational role in shaping our product vision, driving innovation, and directly contributing to the company's growth in the rapidly expanding data center sector.

**How You'll Make an Impact:**

* **Own End-to-End Product Development & Delivery:** Formulate and execute mid-to-long-term product roadmaps, ensuring alignment with company strategy, technological capabilities, and evolving market demands.
* **Drive Product-Market Fit (PMF) Validation:** Lead data-driven hypothesis testing, pilot deployments, and customer feedback loops to achieve strong PMF across target market segments.
* **Deep Customer Problem Understanding:** Engage directly with data center owners, operators, and engineering teams to uncover their complex design and operational challenges, translating these into clear, actionable product requirements and user stories.
* **Lead AI/Digital Twin Feature Design:** Guide the design and implementation of Agent-based AI features and integrate Digital Twin simulation capabilities into scalable product frameworks.
* **Foster Continuous Innovation:** Drive product innovation through experimentation, rapid prototyping, and close cross-functional collaboration with R&D and data science teams.
* **Build & Formalize Product Function:** Establish robust product discovery, validation, and development processes, defining and tracking key product metrics and KPIs to measure success and inform future development.
* **Market & Sales Enablement:** Refine product positioning, pricing, and value propositions, and provide essential product materials and training to Sales and Customer Success teams.
* **Advocate for the Customer:** Serve as the "voice of the customer" internally, influencing strategic decision-making and balancing technical feasibility with market value.

**What You'll Bring to the Team:**

* **Minimum/Core Requirements:**
* Extensive experience in product management, with a proven track record of leading product strategy and development for B2B enterprise software or AI platforms.
* Demonstrated leadership in product roles, encompassing the full product lifecycle from conception to launch and iteration.
* Profound understanding of data center design, construction, and operational challenges, gained from hands-on experience within a data center, colocation provider, or hyperscale infrastructure team.
* Proven ability to thrive in an ambiguous, fast-paced early-stage startup environment, demonstrating extreme ownership, resourcefulness, and a bias for action in establishing new processes.
* Excellent proficiency in English, both written and verbal, is essential for effective global communication with internal teams and external partners.
* Bachelor’s degree or above in Energy, Civil Engineering, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related disciplines.
* Willingness to work in a hybrid model based in Singapore.
* **Preferred/Bonus Requirements:**
* Direct product experience with AI/ML-powered or digital twin products.
* Relevant academic background (e.g., Computer Science, AI) or significant professional development in these advanced technical areas.
* Comfort with regional travel in Southeast Asia as market expansion evolves.
