**Role Overview:**
We are seeking a highly autonomous and driven Founding Recruitment Consultant to establish and spearhead Persevio's recruitment service delivery and growth. This pivotal role involves leveraging our cutting-edge AI tools to successfully place candidates, acquire new clients, and actively contribute to the continuous refinement of our product. You will be instrumental in building our foundational recruitment and business development functions from the ground up, directly influencing our trajectory and market presence.

**How You'll Make an Impact:**

* **Drive End-to-End Recruitment and Candidate Placement:** Manage comprehensive recruitment processes for mid-to-senior level roles, primarily within the technology sector. This includes leveraging Persevio's AI tools for sourcing, screening, and assessment, managing candidate relationships, coordinating interviews, and skillfully negotiating offers to secure successful placements.
* **Lead Business Development and Client Acquisition:** Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities, securing job mandates from diverse clients. You will build and nurture strong client relationships, conduct strategic outreach, and effectively position Persevio's AI-powered recruitment solution to meet client needs.
* **Optimize Product via Hands-on Usage and Feedback:** Become a super-user of Persevio's AI tools (Viona) throughout your recruitment and business development activities. Provide detailed, constructive feedback to our product and engineering teams, collaborating closely to iterate on Viona's capabilities and prepare it for large-scale deployment.

**What You'll Bring to the Team:**

* **Minimum/Core Requirements:**
* **Proven Full-Cycle Recruitment & Business Development Expertise:** Demonstrated success in managing the entire recruitment lifecycle for mid-to-senior level roles, coupled with a strong track record in proactive business development and client acquisition (e.g., in a 360-degree agency setting or equivalent).
* **Early-Stage Startup "Builder" Mindset:** A strong ability to thrive in ambiguous, fast-paced, and results-driven environments. You are highly autonomous, proactive, and possess a bias for action to build and optimize processes from scratch with limited existing structure.
* **Technologically Astute & Collaborative for Product Feedback:** A genuine interest and aptitude for leveraging AI tools in recruitment, combined with a willingness to provide detailed, constructive feedback to enhance product development.
* **Location & Language:** Based in Singapore (hybrid work model) with full professional proficiency in English as the primary working language.

* **Preferred/Bonus Requirements:**
* Experience as an early employee (sub-50) at a successful startup or having led significant "0-to-1" projects within a less structured environment.
* Prior experience collaborating directly with product or engineering teams to improve tools or platforms.
* A deep understanding of the technology sector's hiring landscape.
