**Role Overview:**
We are seeking a pioneering Founding Recruitment Consultant to join our lean, impactful team. This is a unique opportunity to build and scale our client acquisition and candidate placement functions from the ground up, leveraging Persevio’s cutting-edge AI platform, Viona. As a critical bridge between human expertise and AI innovation, you will drive immediate revenue growth, ensure seamless candidate experiences, and provide invaluable feedback to continuously enhance our product.

**How You'll Make an Impact:**

* **Drive Revenue Growth & Client Acquisition:** Actively engage in business development to identify and secure new clients, negotiate job mandates, and personally close deals to meet ambitious revenue targets.
* **End-to-End Candidate Delivery & Placement (Leveraging Viona):** Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from strategic candidate sourcing on platforms like LinkedIn to guiding candidates through Viona-powered processes, facilitating interviews, leading offer negotiations, and securing successful placements.
* **Product Feedback & Refinement for Viona:** Act as a primary user of Viona, meticulously documenting your experience, collecting direct feedback from clients and candidates, and translating these insights into actionable recommendations for our product and engineering teams.
* **Establish & Optimize Recruitment Processes:** Develop and implement scalable, efficient recruitment workflows that seamlessly integrate human expertise with Viona's AI capabilities, defining key performance indicators for success.

**What You'll Bring to the Team:**

* **Minimum/Core Requirements:**
* Demonstrated expertise in full-lifecycle (360-degree) recruitment, with a proven track record of successful client acquisition and securing job mandates.
* Exceptional business development and client relationship management skills.
* Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous early-stage startup environment, demonstrating high autonomy, extreme ownership, resourcefulness, and a bias for action.
* Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
* Proficiency in English as the primary working language.
* **Preferred/Bonus Requirements:**
* Experience recruiting for technology companies or technical roles.
* A genuine interest in Artificial Intelligence and a proactive approach to leveraging and enhancing recruitment technology through direct, constructive feedback.
* Experience building processes from scratch with limited resources.
