**Role Overview:**
We are seeking a visionary and results-driven VP of Sales to establish and lead our commercial efforts. This is a critical, newly created role that will directly shape RDA's rapid growth phase following a successful funding round. As our first dedicated sales leader, you will be instrumental in building a scalable sales engine from the ground up, personally closing significant enterprise deals, and laying the foundation for a high-performing sales team. You will drive market leadership, playing a pivotal role at the intersection of booming AI and data center industries, making a foundational impact on our go-to-market strategy and overall success.

**Job Scope / What You'll Do:**
* **Personally Drive Revenue Growth:** Take ownership of the full sales cycle for strategic enterprise clients, from pipeline generation to contract negotiation and closing deals, consistently meeting or exceeding aggressive revenue targets.
* **Establish Go-to-Market Strategy:** Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to acquire new customers and expand into new markets, specifically targeting the data center industry in APAC and beyond.
* **Lead Customer Engagements:** Conduct technical discovery calls, deliver compelling product demonstrations for C-level stakeholders, and collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to tailor solutions for complex client needs.
* **Build Foundational Sales Infrastructure:** Research, select, and implement essential sales tools and processes, including CRM systems, to support scalable growth and efficient sales operations.
* **Cultivate Strategic Partnerships:** Forge and nurture strong, long-term relationships with key enterprise clients, partners, and internal stakeholders (e.g., product, engineering) to ensure alignment and client success.
* **Architect and Grow a Sales Team:** Define initial Account Manager roles, recruit, onboard, and mentor a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

**Requirements / Who You Are:**
**Minimum/Core Requirements:**
* **Exceptional Enterprise Sales Acumen:** 10-20 years of progressive experience in B2B enterprise software/SaaS sales, with a demonstrable track record of consistently exceeding multi-million dollar annual sales quotas.
* **Proven New Customer Acquisition & Market Entry:** Strong capability in identifying, acquiring, and expanding new customer segments and markets, especially in a "0-to-1" or early-stage growth context.
* **Deep Data Center Industry Expertise:** Profound understanding of data center operations, infrastructure, technology, and needs, enabling effective engagement with data center professionals. Experience selling software solutions (e.g., DCIM, BMS, critical infrastructure optimization) or complex hardware products (servers, networking, cooling) to data center clients is highly preferred.
* **Strategic & Technical Communication:** Ability to engage confidently with C-level executives on both business and technical aspects, collaborating effectively with engineering and product teams to articulate value and customize solutions.
* **Resourcefulness & Autonomy:** Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment with limited existing structure, proactively building processes, and driving results with a high degree of independence.
* **Location & Language:** Based in Singapore, with professional fluency in English.
* **Visa Eligibility:** Eligible for employment in Singapore (Singapore Citizen, Singapore PR, or EP).

* **Early-Stage Team Building Experience:** Experience as a founding member of a sales team, or leading small sales teams through significant growth stages, with a focus on hiring, training, and performance management.
* **Entrepreneurial/Intrapreneurial Drive:** A pioneering spirit, evidenced by experience launching new business lines or taking significant ownership in high-growth ventures.
* **Technical Sales Background:** A background in a technical or operational role within data centers or critical infrastructure, combined with a successful transition into sales.
* **Familiarity with AI/Digital Twin Technologies:** Experience with selling or implementing AI, digital twin, or energy management solutions.
