**Role Overview:**
We are seeking an exceptionally seasoned Data Center Domain Expert to become the ultimate authority in data center operations within our company. This pivotal role will translate profound industry experience into product innovation, ensure market relevance for our AI-driven digital twin solutions, and empower our sales team with unparalleled technical depth. You will be instrumental in bridging the gap between cutting-edge technology and real-world operational challenges, directly influencing our product roadmap and driving business growth.

**Job Scope / What You'll Do:**

* **Empower Product Development as the Internal Subject Matter Expert (SME):**
* Provide expert guidance and deep insights into the entire data center lifecycle – from design and construction to daily operations and maintenance – to our product and engineering teams.
* Translate complex operational constraints, compliance requirements, and best practices (especially concerning cooling, power management, and energy efficiency) into actionable product features, use cases, and solution blueprints for DCVerse.
* Leverage customer deployment feedback to continuously enhance product relevance and usability, and participate in solution validation at customer sites.
* **Enhance Sales Technical Persuasion and Build Customer Trust:**
* Act as a highly trusted advisor to customers, demonstrating a profound understanding of their unique operational challenges during critical sales discussions, presentations, and proposals.
* Provide in-depth technical support to our sales and business development teams, confidently addressing complex operational and technical inquiries from diverse customer stakeholders, including facility managers, engineers, and C-level executives.
* Cultivate strong relationships with data center operators and engineering teams, fostering long-term partnerships.
* **Build Industry Representation and Thought Leadership:**
* Represent Red Dot Analytics at leading industry events, conferences, and technical workshops, raising our company's and products' visibility and recognition.
* Contribute to our reputation as a thought leader by authoring and sharing whitepapers, case studies, and technical guides that showcase best practices and innovations in data center management.

**Requirements / Who You Are:**

* **Minimum/Core Requirements:**
* 10+ years of extensive, hands-on experience in senior operations, engineering, or design roles within co-location, enterprise, or hyperscale data centers.
* Demonstrated expertise across the data center lifecycle (design, construction, operations, maintenance), with proven results in optimizing cooling systems (CRAH/CRAC, liquid cooling), power systems, capacity planning, energy efficiency, and reliability enhancement.
* A systematic understanding and practical application of industry standards such as Uptime Institute guidelines, ASHRAE, and relevant regional regulatory requirements.
* Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with a proven ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, understandable insights for both highly technical and non-technical audiences (internal product/engineering, sales, and external customers up to C-level).
* Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced, early-stage startup environment, taking ownership and driving results.
* Fluent in English.
* Reside in Singapore and be a Singapore Citizen, Permanent Resident, or eligible for an Employment Pass.
* **Preferred/Bonus Requirements:**
* Prior experience collaborating with software/AI teams to develop operational tools, analytics platforms, or implementing digital twin, CFD simulations, or AI-based optimization systems.
* Holds multiple high-level industry certifications such as CDCE, Uptime Accredited Tier Specialist (ATS)/Certified Technical Specialist (CTS), CDCP, or CDCS.
