**Role Overview:**
We are seeking an entrepreneurial and highly driven Head of Recruitment Business to establish and scale Persevio’s market presence. This is a foundational, "0-to-1" opportunity to build our recruitment business unit from the ground up, leveraging our innovative AI agent, Viona. You will be instrumental in acquiring new employer clients, securing diverse job assignments, and successfully delivering qualified candidates, directly driving initial revenue growth and validating Viona's market value. This role demands a blend of strategic business development, full-cycle recruitment expertise, and a passion for integrating and optimizing AI technology.
**Job Scope / What You'll Do:**
* **Drive Business Development & Client Acquisition:**
* Develop and execute a comprehensive go-to-market strategy for Persevio's AI-powered recruitment services, primarily targeting tech companies.
* Proactively generate leads, build a robust pipeline of employer clients, and leverage your existing professional networks to accelerate client acquisition.
* Successfully acquire new job assignments and negotiate favorable terms with clients.
* Manage and nurture client relationships to ensure high satisfaction, repeat business, and long-term partnerships.
* **Execute Full-Cycle Recruitment Leveraging AI (Viona):**
* Partner closely with clients to gain a deep understanding of their hiring needs and ideal candidate profiles across various roles.
* Actively utilize Persevio's AI agent, Viona, for efficient candidate sourcing, screening, and interview scheduling, enhancing your recruitment process.
* Conduct thorough candidate assessments and present highly qualified candidates to clients.
* Manage the offer process, negotiations, and ensure successful placement of candidates, delivering exceptional results.
* **Validate & Optimize AI Product Performance:**
* Actively use and rigorously test Viona's features throughout the entire recruitment lifecycle, identifying areas for improvement.
* Provide structured, actionable feedback to our product and engineering teams, contributing directly to Viona's continuous enhancement and market fit.
* Collaborate closely with product development to evolve Viona's capabilities and ensure it meets real-world recruitment demands.
**Requirements / Who You Are:**
* **Minimum/Core Requirements:**
* 3-10 years of professional experience, with a minimum of 2 years of proven success in 360 agency recruitment (from client acquisition to candidate placement).
* Demonstrated ability to independently generate leads and acquire new clients, ideally leveraging an existing professional network.
* Tech-savvy with a genuine passion for AI and a strong aptitude for integrating and optimizing new technologies in recruitment workflows.
* Proven ability to thrive in early-stage startup environments characterized by ambiguity, high autonomy, and a results-oriented culture.
* Strong communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.
* Fluent in English.
* Must be a Singapore Citizen, Singapore PR, or eligible for an Employment Pass (EP) to work in Singapore.
* **Preferred/Bonus Requirements:**
* Experience identifying and troubleshooting issues with early-stage products and collaborating with product/engineering teams for improvement.
* A proactive "builder" mindset, comfortable with establishing new processes and driving initiatives from conception to execution.
* Experience recruiting for roles within the technology sector.
