**Role Overview:**
We are seeking a highly experienced and deeply knowledgeable Data Center Domain Expert to join our leadership team. This is a pivotal individual contributor role where you will act as the definitive subject matter expert, significantly influencing our product strategy, enhancing our sales team's technical credibility, and elevating our brand as a thought leader in the data center industry. You will be instrumental in bridging the gap between real-world operational needs and innovative product development, directly contributing to the success of our cutting-edge AI-driven solutions.

**Job Scope / What You'll Do:**
* **Inform Product Strategy & Development:** Provide profound operational insights into data center needs, constraints, and best practices to guide and influence the product roadmap, ensuring our features directly address operator pain points and align with real-world challenges.
* **Enhance Sales Credibility & Effectiveness:** Partner closely with the sales team, participating in key customer engagements and product demos to offer expert technical validation, address complex inquiries, and collaboratively develop tailored solutions and credible product positioning.
* **Establish Industry Thought Leadership:** Represent Red Dot Analytics at leading industry events, conferences, and forums, sharing expertise, building brand recognition, and fostering thought leadership within the global data center ecosystem.
* **Drive Continuous Learning & Knowledge Sharing:** Stay at the forefront of data center trends, technologies, and challenges through continuous research and industry networking, synthesizing and sharing vital insights internally to uplift organizational knowledge.

**Requirements / Who You Are:**

**Minimum/Core Requirements:**
* 5-10 years of professional experience with a profound, hands-on understanding of data center operations, stemming from direct experience in managing, operating, or designing data center infrastructure (e.g., cooling, power, thermal management, disaster prevention, infrastructure design).
* Exceptional communication skills, with the proven ability to articulate complex technical information clearly, credibly, and persuasively to diverse audiences, including product teams, sales teams, external customers, and industry peers.
* Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-autonomy early-stage startup environment, comfortable with ambiguity, and highly resourceful in defining your own path and building processes where none exist.
* Fluency in English (written and spoken).
* Eligible to work in Singapore (Singapore Citizen, Singapore PR, or Employment Pass holder).

**Preferred/Bonus Requirements:**
* Experience in roles such as Data Center Facilities Manager, Operations Engineer, Critical Facilities Engineer, or similar.
* A background in designing or implementing critical engineering systems (e.g., cooling systems, energy efficiency management systems) within data center environments.
* An understanding of software development lifecycles or enterprise sales processes, enabling more effective cross-functional collaboration.
* Experience in data center consulting with demonstrable deep technical knowledge, especially if combined with hands-on operational exposure.
