**Role Overview:**
As the Product Lead, you will be responsible for the end-to-end product lifecycle across data center and infrastructure solutions — from market research, product definition, and requirements management to iteration release and cross-functional execution. You will ensure that RDA’s products continuously meet customer needs and remain competitive in a fast-evolving market.

**Job Scope / What You'll Do:**
* **Formulate and Execute Product Strategy & Planning:** Develop and implement mid-to-long-term product roadmaps that align with company strategy, technological capabilities, and market demand. Lead Product-Market Fit (PMF) validation across multiple market segments (hyperscale, colocation, enterprise DCs) through data-driven hypothesis testing, pilot deployments, and customer feedback loops. Continuously refine product positioning, pricing, and value propositions to strengthen competitive differentiation and customer adoption.
* **Drive Requirement Discovery & Customer Engagement:** Engage directly with data-center owners, operators, and engineering teams to deeply understand their design and operational challenges—including energy efficiency, thermal reliability, predictive maintenance, and system interoperability. Translate complex customer problems into clear, actionable product requirements and user stories, ensuring strong alignment between customer pain points and product roadmap priorities. Serve as the "voice of the customer" internally to influence strategic decision-making.
* **Lead Agent AI Product Design and Validation:** Oversee the design and implementation of Agent-based AI features that intelligently support decision-making across the data-center lifecycle—from design validation and energy optimization to real-time operations and autonomous maintenance. Collaborate with R&D and data science teams to embed Digital Twin simulation and AI-Agent orchestration capabilities into scalable, modular product frameworks. Drive continuous product innovation through experimentation, rapid prototyping, and cross-functional collaboration.
* **Foster Cross-Department Collaboration & Enablement:** Organize and lead product reviews, internal training sessions, and customer demos. Provide comprehensive product materials and training to the Sales and Customer Success teams to support sales processes. Collaborate closely with technical teams to balance technical feasibility with market value, ensuring timely and high-quality product delivery.

**Requirements / Who You Are:**
* **Minimum/Core Requirements:**
* Bachelor’s degree or above in Energy, Civil Engineering, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related disciplines.
* Minimum 5 years of product management experience, including at least 2 years as a product lead for enterprise software or AI platforms.
* Proficient in full product lifecycle management, with strong market insight and user empathy.
* Excellent communication and coordination skills to effectively drive progress across cross-functional teams.
* Strong analytical mindset and data-driven decision-making ability.
* Proficient in written and spoken English, capable of preparing high-quality product documentation and communicating with international clients.
* Proven success in a high-autonomy, low-structure, fast-paced early-stage startup environment, comfortable building processes from scratch, and highly adaptable.
* Eligible to work in Singapore (Singapore Citizen, Singapore PR, or Employment Pass).
* **Preferred/Bonus Requirements:**
* Experience in data center, energy, or industrial IoT domains is a strong plus.
* Understanding of data center design, construction, and operations is advantageous.
* Background in Digital Twin or AI technologies.
* Experience serving enterprise clients in Singapore or Southeast Asia.
