**Role Overview:**
We are seeking an accomplished and visionary Head of Product to take complete ownership of our product function. This is a pivotal, newly created role designed to drive our product strategy, roadmap, and delivery, ensuring the development of market-leading products that offer exceptional user experiences. You will shape the future of our core offerings, translate cutting-edge AI and digital twin technologies into impactful solutions, and significantly contribute to our growth in the high-density, AI-driven data center market.

**Job Scope / What You'll Do:**
* **Define and Evolve Product Strategy & Vision:** Analyze market trends, the competitive landscape, and customer needs to identify new opportunities. Collaborate with the CEO and leadership team to set the long-term product vision and develop a clear, actionable product strategy aligned with business objectives.
* **Lead Product Design & User Experience:** Oversee the end-to-end product design process, ensuring intuitive, impactful, and user-centric experiences. Conduct user research, gather feedback, and translate insights into robust product requirements.
* **Manage the Product Roadmap & Backlog:** Create and prioritize a detailed product roadmap, balancing short-term deliverables with long-term strategic goals. Define clear user stories, epics, and acceptance criteria, continuously grooming the product backlog based on business value and technical feasibility.
* **Drive Product Development & Delivery:** Collaborate closely with the engineering team to ensure efficient and timely product development. Facilitate agile ceremonies as needed and oversee successful product launches, deployment, and adoption.
* **Build and Mentor the Product Team:** Provide guidance, mentorship, and performance feedback to junior Product Managers, establishing best practices and scalable processes for the team. Participate in identifying hiring needs and recruiting future product talent.
* **Monitor Product Performance & Iteration:** Define key product metrics, set up monitoring systems, and analyze product usage data and feedback to identify and drive areas for continuous improvement and innovation.

**Requirements / Who You Are:**

**Minimum/Core Requirements:**
* 5-12 years of progressive professional experience, with significant, proven experience leading product management from strategy to launch.
* A strong track record of successfully launching and scaling B2B enterprise software products.
* Exceptional product strategy and roadmap development abilities.
* Strong user research, customer empathy, and user experience design skills (e.g., proficiency in tools like Figma).
* Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication skills, with proven ability to partner effectively with engineering, sales, and customer success teams.
* Highly data-driven, with strong analytical capabilities and a track record of making informed decisions.
* Self-driven, proactive, and able to operate with significant autonomy in a dynamic, low-structure environment.
* Very strong product management fundamentals and skills.
* A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.

**Preferred/Bonus Requirements:**
* Experience leading product for a company in the AI/ML or deep tech space.
* Experience working in or understanding the data center industry (e.g., cooling, power, infrastructure management, PUE).
* Experience working in an early-stage startup environment, demonstrating comfort with ambiguity and building processes from scratch.
* Experience managing or mentoring junior product managers.
* Proficiency in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
* A deep understanding of the digital twin concept and its applications.
* Familiarity with physics-informed ML or reinforcement learning concepts.
* Knowledge of data center operations, PUE, and energy efficiency challenges.
