**Role Overview**:
As a Senior iOS Engineer at MetaApp, you will play a crucial role in shaping the core mobile experience of "233派对," our flagship virtual world UGC platform. You will lead the development of critical modules, drive architectural decisions, and ensure the delivery of a high-quality, high-performance product. **Job Scope / What You'll Do**:
* **Lead Core Module Development:** Architect, design, and develop key modules for the 233派对 iOS client, including the homepage, messaging, and personal center, ensuring system stability, scalability, and high performance.
* **Drive Technical Innovation:** Take the lead in technology selection and solution design, providing optimal iOS technical paths for complex business requirements. Continuously explore and implement new technologies (e.g., SwiftUI, RxSwift) and architectural patterns to enhance team efficiency and maintain technical leadership.
* **Optimize Performance & Stability:** Identify and resolve critical technical challenges and performance bottlenecks, including memory optimization, startup speed, and network request optimization. Analyze and address online crash and ANR issues to significantly enhance user experience.
* **Enhance Engineering Practices:** Champion best practices in iOS development, including the implementation of unit testing and exploring new development efficiency tools. Contribute to the construction of iOS component libraries to improve code reusability and development efficiency.
* **Collaborate Cross-Functionally:** Work closely with product managers, backend engineers, UI/UX designers, and testing teams throughout the entire product lifecycle, from requirement analysis to launch, ensuring seamless integration and high-quality delivery.
* **Mentor and Elevate the Team:** Participate in code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and actively share knowledge and experience to elevate the overall technical proficiency of the iOS team.

**Requirements / Who You Are**:
**Minimum/Core Requirements:**
* 5+ years of professional experience in iOS development.
* Proven experience in developing mobile game platforms or large-scale, complex mobile applications.
* Demonstrated experience in independently leading the architecture design and implementation of core iOS client modules.
* Proficiency in Swift and familiarity with Objective-C.
* Strong command of SwiftUI and UIKit for robust UI development.
* Extensive experience with reactive programming frameworks, specifically RxSwift (or ReactiveCocoa).
* Experience participating in the full product development lifecycle, from requirement analysis to successful product launch.
* Familiarity with version control tools (e.g., Git) and project management tools (e.g., Jira).
* Practical experience in writing and applying unit tests.
* Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or a related field.
* Willingness to work full-time in our Beijing office.

**Preferred/Bonus Requirements:**
* Hands-on project experience in performance optimization (especially startup speed, page rendering, and memory optimization), with quantifiable results.
* Experience in designing modules or project architectures from scratch or scaling existing ones ("from zero to one" or "from one to many").
* Experience with CI/CD or automation testing pipeline setup.
* Demonstrated ability in conducting code reviews and providing valuable feedback.
* Strong interest in and understanding of the mobile internet industry, particularly mobile games, UGC communities, or virtual world platforms.
* Active contribution to the iOS developer community (e.g., open-source projects, technical blogs).
