* **Role Overview:**
Join our dynamic Art Center team as a UI Designer and become a pivotal contributor to the success of our flagship products. In this role, you will be instrumental in translating complex product requirements into intuitive, engaging, and visually stunning user interfaces. * **Job Scope / What You'll Do:**
* **Craft Compelling User Interfaces:** Take ownership of UI design and iteration for core product lines (e.g., 233 Park, MetaWorld/GPark), transforming product requirements into wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, interactive prototypes, and motion designs.
* **Ensure Seamless Design Implementation:** Create detailed design specifications and annotations in Figma (including dimensions, colors, fonts, interactive states, and motion parameters) to ensure high-fidelity design execution by development teams.
* **Collaborate Cross-Functionally:** Work closely with Product Managers to understand user needs and provide design insights, and with Development Engineers to ensure design fidelity, address technical challenges, and facilitate smooth delivery.
* **Drive UI Optimization:** Utilize data analytics and user feedback (e.g., user interviews, surveys) to identify pain points and opportunities, proposing and implementing UI optimization solutions, and participating in A/B testing initiatives.
* **Contribute to Design System Evolution:** Participate in the maintenance and update of existing UI design systems and component libraries, and assist in standardizing design knowledge and best practices.
* **Influence Product Planning:** Actively engage in early-stage product planning, offering professional suggestions and insights on design feasibility and optimal solutions.
* **Stay Ahead of Trends:** Continuously research and apply industry-leading design trends, tools, and technologies (e.g., game UI, virtual world UI, AI-assisted design) to enhance design efficiency and quality.

* **Requirements / Who You Are:**
* **Minimum/Core Requirements:**
* 1-3 years of proven experience in UI design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating complete project design and delivery, especially in game UI.
* Demonstrated experience in cross-platform UI design (PC or mobile).
* High proficiency in Figma as a primary design tool.
* Strong understanding of UI, UX, and motion design principles, with the ability to balance aesthetics, user experience, and technical feasibility.
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a track record of effective cross-functional teamwork.
* A solid foundation in art and strong aesthetic sensibilities, evident in your portfolio.
* Bachelor's degree or above in Art, Design, Computer Science, or a related field.
* Ability to work full-time in our Chengdu office.
* **Preferred/Bonus Requirements:**
* Experience successfully delivering complex product requirements, collaborating efficiently with development teams, and driving UI optimization based on data and user feedback.
* Familiarity with 3D elements in design or experience with related software.
